At STLNerdHub, every order is prepared with care. Many of our items are handmade, made-to-order, 3D printed, painted, or finished by hand, so shipping timelines may include both production time and carrier transit time.
Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time includes production time plus shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on the item, order volume, carrier, and destination.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days. This may include printing, sanding, priming, painting, finishing, quality checks, and packaging.
Custom Orders
Custom, commissioned, hand-painted, or made-to-order items may require additional production time depending on size, complexity, materials, and current workload.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, standard delivery is usually estimated at 3–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout when supported.
Shipping Carriers
We may ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another trusted carrier. Carrier selection depends on the item size, weight, shipping location, and available service options.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label has been created.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, high-volume seasons, incorrect addresses, or events outside of our control.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Shopify may show shipping rates or carrier transit estimates at checkout, but delivery dates should be treated as estimates only. Handmade and made-to-order products require production time before shipping.
Example: If an item takes 5 business days to produce and 5 business days to ship, the estimated total delivery time would be about 10 business days.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost shipments or additional reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, STLNerdHub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
